We wanted to drop you a line to let you know how impressed we were with the service we received at your location in London, Ontario.

For the first time in our car-buying years, we were absolutely impressed with the stress-free, no-hassle method to purchasing our vehicle. The car buying process can sometimes be a little overwhelming, with all the “games” that go on, but your process was truly outstanding.

The entire staff was great, from Mickey our sales person, and your incredible Manager, Mustafa. You can tell that Mustafa’s number one job was to keep us and his other customers happy…..and keep them coming back!!! We saw him in action with other customers and he is truly incredible manager. What a great person to have managing your operation. Your organization takes car buying to an entirely new level of service and respect.

We also had some service issues and the service manager, Tim, was also outstanding to ensure all of our concerns were looked after in an efficient and timely manner.

We have never seen such incredible customer service and never written to a car dealership before, but we just had to let you know that your system is refreshing. We will certainly be back when we need another car and have already told family members, colleagues and employees about your organization.

Way to go…and keep up the great work!!!
