I wanted to send you a note to tell what a great team of people you have at your Wharncliffe Road South Dealership in London. I have just purchased my second vehicle and cannot express enough how delighted I am with the service I have received. The entire team are always welcoming and it is a pleasure to do business with Jeremy and his team.

Special mention needs to be made of Mickey Gallivan who in my opinion one of the most honest and trustworthy person I have met in the motor vehicle industry. He is to be complimented on his genuine interest in my needs with regards to a  vehicle and was not just trying to sell me any vehicle on the lot. Mickey was very meticulous in listening to all of my needs and asking good diagnostic questions prior to making a recommendation. He is a real gem and a fine gentleman. I had no hesitation in going in to see Mickey last week-end when I needed an additional vehicle.

Another person I would like to make special mention of is Tim (cannot remember his last name) who heads up the Service Team. Another quality, honest and genuinely caring individual who has and continues to go out of his way to provide exceptional assistance and service.
