I wanted to follow up with you after I returned to the service department to have my brake pads replaced … Tim was very good with his explanations and taking care of my concerns. I purposely waited over a week before contacting you as I wanted to see how the new pads would sound. I am very happy to report that I have had no concerns at all with the new pads and there has been no noise at all.
