I have taken the time to create this letter to show my appreciation for the treatment I received from your dealership when I purchased my 2007 Infinity M35X . From the start of my experience upon entering your dealership I was greeted with a smile and your staff made me feel very comfortable. It gave me the feeling that right away I wanted to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I had the feeling like I was treated like family. I was impressed with how well kept the dealership is to the excellent selection of inventory you have on hand. And the pleasure it was to be able to browse your indoor showroom which is a great option especially in the bad weather. It just made the experience that much more enjoyable. After purchasing my car I had the pleasure of dealing with your Service advisors ( Pat, Don) and Operations Manager ( Kevin) who I felt went beyond the call of duty to ensure not only was I happy as a customer but more importantly my vehicle was detailed, plated and ready to go. After owning my vehicle for a while now I had a warranty issue and your service team again went out of their way to ensure that my car was booked into the manufacturing dealership that my car needed to go to have the warranty issue serviced. I am positive there will be many more happy customers that will enjoy the buying experience as I did from Auto price.
