Hello Marc,
Too many times people write to complain about service or work done on their vehicles. I am sending this note to let you know how very, very impressed I was with the service I received at your company. Tim went over and beyond his duty to help me in any way he could, he explained everything they did and spoke to me in a respectful and professional manner. Every phone call I made was returned quickly and he had an answer for every question…. because of the wonderful customer service, the quick response to get me a quote, and the way I was treated by everyone I chose your company. The other company did not call me back for a day and a half. I was very impressed that Tim introduced me to you while I was there, like I was a friend not a customer. The third time I came I had to bring my dog, and I took him for a walk while my car was being done. When I got back they were still working on my car and the staff welcomed me in, dog and all, and said they are a pet friendly group and it was no problem that the dog sit with me while I wait. Anne-Marie went out of her way to make me feel welcome and held my purse for me while I walked the dog. She is a wonderful person and deserves a raise! Even the lady in the back came out to pet the dog and talk to us. You are very fortunate to have these people in your employ and I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know because of this. Customer service is the one most important thing a company needs to survive and I can honestly say I have never been treated so well by any other company I have visited.
I will be coming back again to get my trunk fixed as they did not send the right part the first time and I know I will get the same treatment each and every time I come. Tim deserves a big pat on the back for this.
Keep up the great work!

When you are considering buying a used car, what is the first thing that comes to mind? While answers certainly vary considerably most people don't immediately answer, "resale value." If you are thinking resale value, that is great as it means you are ahead of the game! Although most people think of resale value only as a secondary consideration, it is actually quite important. Purchasing a used car with a high resale value stands as an investment. Who doesn't want to see a little bit of that monthly payment come back once a used car is paid in full?

If you are looking for a London car or are considering bad credit dealerships, Toronto has plenty to consider. In general, your best choice is to opt for a large used car dealer, as they will have plenty of options. A large used car dealer with lots of variety is quite important for those seeking to find used cars with good resale potential. The more options you have, the greater the odds of finding a real gem that is undervalued! Having this happens means that your real monthly car payment will effectively drop considerably when you sell your used car a couple of years down the road. Of course, it is up to you to keep your used car in great shape, so that this is an option.

Those looking to learn more about how to buy used cars will want to think a good deal about resale value and all that it encompasses. For example, what factors will impact the resale value of your car.

	Let's take a look.

	1) The condition of your used car
2) The make and model of your used car
3) Total mileage
4) Have there been any accidents?
5) Was the car garage kept?

There are inexpensive ways that you can boost the resale value of your car as well. A clean car, both on the inside and out, can do wonders for your resale value. Likewise, in some situations, it might be worth considering an inexpensive paint job. An inexpensive paint job can sometimes transform the look of your used car dramatically. Thanks to a little planning, preparation and thought, it is possible to get the most out of your used car from the beginning of your purchase until you finally sell it.

Buying a used car can be a great deal of fun, but there are also many variables that one wants to keep in mind. In all the excitement, it would be quite easy to forget about such factors as the operating costs of your vehicle. Factors such as gas mileage and expected annual repairs are issues that must be treated quite seriously.

In this article, we will look at why operating costs should factor into your purchasing decision. This is particularly true for car shoppers that are on a budget. If you have bad credit and are looking for bad credit car dealers and want to keep your car payments low, then there are good reasons to think about operating costs.

Owning a car isn't as simple, of course, as your monthly car payment. Having a used car does come with a variety of additional, secondary, expenditures. These expenditures range from gasoline to insurance, maintenance and repair. A low monthly car payment is one thing, but having a low monthly operational cost is another factor altogether.

Three Key Operating Costs to Consider When Considering Used Cars

	1) Miles per galloon-Gasoline isn't expected to drop in appreciably in price anytime soon, if ever. Keep this factor in mind when buying a car. If you are operating on a budget, you will want to pay attention to the pricetag for the gas you will need.

	2) Insurance rates-The kind of car you buy will impact your insurance rate, and there is just no way around this factor. The price of the car, how likely it is to be in an accident, its attractiveness to car thieves and your own driving record all play roles in factoring your monthly premium.

	3) Maintenance and repair-Maintenance and repair costs can be difficult to factor into your equation since at the time of purchase, you won’t know exactly what they will be. This point underscores the importance of having Carproof reports on all the used cars you are considering

By opting to work with a large used car dealer, you will give yourself a variety of purchasing options, and this is a good thing! Understanding what you want out of vehicle is the best place to begin when you are shopping for used cars. Knowing your own priorities will help you get behind the wheel of the perfect car for you.

Just like a car itself, the purchasing process has a lot of components and moving parts. If you are looking for a car on a budget, there are many factors to consider. 0% financing is a variable that is often important to drivers on a budget, but you will want to invest the time to run the numbers and decide if 0% financing always makes sense for you. Those on a tight budget might also be looking for bad credit car dealers and bad credit dealership Toronto options. Luckily, there are great options available, and it’s important that you go with a large used car dealer that has a trusted reputation when looking for budget used car.

Selecting from budget used cars options means that you need to avoid confusion. One of the single best ways to avoid confusion is to have a well thought out list of what you do and don't need out of a budget used car. Otherwise you may make a poor decision driven by a factor that you shouldn't be putting at the top of your list.

Here are three other articles in our “Making the Right Purchasing Decision” series that you may wish to read as well

How to Make the Most Out of a Bad Credit Situation

What Features Are a Must?

What Features Can You Live Without?

It is in your best interest to realize early on in the used car buying process that you might not be able to afford a car that has every option that you would like to see. Further, you may also discover that you can't get as elaborate or sporty as a car as you want either. This is only to be expected, as you are looking for a budget used car. Since price point is an option, it is in your best interest to be more concerned with making a realistic purchase and finding the best prices car loans in your area.

Finding a great price and a great interest rate on your used car will help keep that all important monthly payment under control. Shopping at a large used car dealer will increase your chances of finding what you want out of used car and at the right price point as well.

Selecting the right vehicle for a growing family can present some real challenges. For those looking to buy a used vehicle, the question of "How to buy used cars?" takes on a bit more weight and importance. In addition to reading this article, you may also want to consider reading "Knowing Where to Turn for Advice" and "What Features Are a Must?" in our Making the Right Purchasing Decision series. These articles, in addition to this one, will help guide you in the right direction.

Having a "must have" list, as discussed in these other articles, stands as a vital tool in your used car selection process. With that stated, however, there are some must haves that are likely to be at the top of your list for finding the right vehicle for a growing family.

	1) A safe vehicle

Some vehicles are safer than others. If you are transporting many individuals, including children, it is smart and prudent to look for safety features. Air bags and other related safety features should take a higher level of priority.

	2) Seating

Growing families need more seats, its just that simple. A sexy little two seater might be a lot of fun to drive, but if you have two children and another one on the way, well, a tiny compact car is likely not the best selection for you.

	3) Size

Having a family means that you may need to haul around more goods and general "stuff" than in the past. It is important to realize that knowing how to buy used cars is partially about taking in different variables and realizing what it is that you need out of a vehicle.

	4) Ease of use

The last thing a growing family needs is a vehicle of any kind that is hard to get in and out of on a daily basis. You want a car, van or truck that will make your life easier and not harder.

	5) The all-important Carproof Reports

You just can't buy a vehicle without looking at the Carproof reports. Growing families have growing expenses, and that means you need to know that the used cars you are considering won't let you down. Reliability is key when you have a family, and thanks to Carproof reports, you will know if there are any potential problems.

Used car buying time is decision time; it really is that simple. Making a big purchasing decision can be time consuming and often a little stressful. If buying a used car makes you feel this way, don't worry, as you are in good company. Buying a car is a substantial investment and you should be taking it seriously. The decision as to whether you should shop at a large dealership or a small dealership isn't quite as complex as it may seem. In this article, we will focus on answering this question.

	Reputation is Everything!

The main issue in determining whether or not you should shop for used cars at a large used car dealer or a small used car dealer is reputation. Wouldn't you rather go with a small used car dealer with a great reputation that has been in business for many years over a new large used car dealer with a poor reputation? In this situation, the answer is pretty clear!

The Major Advantages of a Large Used Car Dealer

The best overall option is to find a large used car dealer who has been in the business for a while and has a great reputation. A large used car dealer will have a large and diverse supply of vehicles, and that means for choices and variety for you. And when it comes to selecting used cars, the more variety the better.

There are many reasons that this is the situation. At the top of the list is the fact that a large used car dealer is far less likely to feel the need to "move" a given car because they have a large inventory. Moreover, a large used car dealer will be able to give you exactly the kind of car that you are looking for, which may not be the case with a smaller dealership.

In the end, your best chances for being happy with your purchase is to opt for a large used car dealer. You are more likely to find the kind of car that you need and at a price that you can afford.

Today's cars can be loaded with features, so much so that it can make your head spin! Walk into any large used car dealer, and you can be quickly overwhelmed by how many features are available to you. Good used car dealerships will work with you to find you a used car that meets you own specific needs. This underscores the importance of sitting down ahead of time and thinking through what it is that you need out of a car and what you don't need in a car as well. Check out our article “Making the Right Purchasing Decision-Correctly Evaluate Your Needs” for more information and tips on this point.

Having a good checklist instantly will help you decide what you don't need. Another important tip is that you should bring your "Do Need/Don't Need" list with you when it comes time to buy your used car. Every "Do Need/Don't Need" list will be different but there should be one element that is universal to all list; you want to see the Carproof reports on all the used cars you are considering. Should you make exceptions to this rule? In a word, no!

Armed with your list in hand, you will be able to quickly remind yourself of what features you just can't live without and which features you can pass on. Buying a car can be complex, however, with the right amount of preparation and forethought, you can dramatically simplify this process.
The best de facto test for whether or not you need a given feature is to ask yourself, "Do I need this feature?" Then follow it up with the question, "How many other people will need this feature?" If you don't need a given feature and you can't see too many other people needing a given feature on a used car, then odds are that the feature in question is not a good fit, as it is unlikely to help you with resale value in the future.

Ultimately, you shouldn't be afraid to state to a car salesman, "This car isn't for me, it just doesn't have the features I need." Quality used car dealerships will respect this, as they will have plenty of other cars to choose for you to consider. This is one of the clear advantages of working with a large used car dealer.

When it comes time to consider what are the "must have" features in a car, there is much to keep in mind. Looking at the advantages of Carproof reports and free Carproof reports is a major consideration. A Carproof report is a must have item, as it let's you know exactly what you are dealing with in a used car. No one wants to buy a used car only to discover a series of hidden and costly problems!

Carproof reports stand as your shield against a variety of problems that you would otherwise not know about. Even if you are a skilled mechanic, you might not be able to spot every problem. As a consumer, you have no idea of the history of a given used car, but the people at Carproof do! This is why your first step in buying a used car should be to look for the Carproof reports.

In fact you should probably not buy a used car without first looking at the Carproof reports. If used car dealers or bad credit car dealerships in Toronto do not want to show you the Carproof reports, you may want to go elsewhere. It is likely that they are trying to hide something from a given vehicle’s past.

While there are many features that a used car can have, the most important feature, the one you should consider above all others, is reliability. A great looking car packed with features that is constantly in the shop is not a great deal!

Of course, every situation is different and the "must haves" for you will different from the must haves for other drivers. Once you've seen the Carproof reports on a car and know that it is reliable, you need to make certain that it has all the necessary features that you need. This can be more difficult than it sounds. For example, don't get distracted by non-essential elements and features in a car. Again, the look of a car is not as important as whether or not it will provide you with reliable transportation. If you want a great looking car, well, who can blame you for that? Yet, it is critical that your great looking car is also mechanically sound as well.
