The Government of Ontario has mandated through OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) that manufacturer's finance arms and head offices are in effect automotive dealers as well.  As such, manufacturers must disclose any material facts about the history of a vehicle they are selling in which those facts may affect a buyer's decision to purchase a vehicle.  What this means for our customers is that since we purchase directly from auctions, the histories of vehicles will now be disclosed to us. This will help us in identifying frame damaged and sturcturally damaged vehicles so that if there is no decleration on your Bill of Sale, then we guarantee 100% that the vehicle is not frame damaged or structurally damaged.
